Ace McBride is a prominent attorney with extensive experience handling medical malpractice and personal injury matters.  Working as a defense attorney for over 10 years before representing victims of medical malpractice and personal injury, Ace is familiar with the ins and outs of both sides of the law, offering a significant advantage to his clients.  His scientific background, as well as his dynamic and straightforward approach to the law, have allowed him to successfully resolve some of the most catastrophic cases. 

Clients working with Ace can expect availability, and transparency throughout their entire case.  Ace strives to ensure his clients are educated on the legal process from the very beginning, providing constructive and compassionate support along the way.  As a father of a child with special needs, Ace understands first-hand the challenges families face when it comes to birth injuries, and he fights for every client to maximize their compensation in obtaining justice.

 Ace practices in various areas of the law, but concentrates in medical malpractice and motor vehicle collisions.  As a younger attorney, Ace’s achievements earned him recognition as a Super Lawyers “Rising Start,” and more recently he has been recognized as a Super Lawyer.  He has litigated cases in Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, and Tennessee, as well with the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.

Prior to attending law school, Ace received his Bachelor of Science from Youngstown State University, and was a researcher for The National Institute of Mental Health Psychoactive Drug Screening Program at Case Western Reserve University.

Ace graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2003.  While in law school, he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review, and member of the University of Baltimore School of Law Heuisler Honor Society. 

Direct out of law school, Ace spent over a decade defending pharmaceutical companies, physicians, nurses, and hospitals at some of the largest defense firms in Maryland.  He was named a partner before changing his career path to represent victims of medical malpractice, and proudly started The Law Office of Ace McBride, LLC in 2023.
